Navigating around, I found this page where you can convert HTML code into XHTL.
This is a wysiwyg editor that allows paste the original code, and once we convert to the button to send the code to XHTML 1.1 transational valid. There is a small detail, the site is in Spanish, but it's intuitive enough for use.
I tested it a litle bit, but there are those who say that it works very well with Firefox, if you want to try it just click the link below:
